The tea was picked in Early spring with one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves. 
 
The Youle Mountain is one of the Six Famous tea mountins in Xishuangbanna. The tea comes from a traditional plantation with several hundreds of years old trees and was processed by the Jinuo minority. 
 
The tea was in clean humid storage for 5 years and then in dry storage in Kunming for 4 years before it was brought to Chiang Mai. The cakes have no signs of mold or negative effects from storage. 
The taste is rich and fruity with some honey sweetness. The aftertaste is long and sweet and can be brewed many rounds.
