This tea brew a very gentle soup with just a hint of camphor and silky smooth sweetness. At first I felt is was shy, weak and unassuming. But after a couple of rounds I feel a deep sense of comfort and an almost dizzying Chaqi that, makes me belsh several times before pulling me inward to a lofty and meditative state.
Later infusions give away a faint taste of dry cedarwood and a subtle lingering roundness but this tea has much more feeling than taste and if you are looking for a strong tasting tea with smokey-grassy-bitter-tones like a fresh Lao Ban Zhang this tea will dissapoint you. If you seek a subtle, gentle tea meditation tool this might be just right for you.
